The present invention relates to a drawer side wall, comprising: - an elongated support profile with at least one extending in the longitudinal direction of the carrier profile web, - mounted on the support profile wall part, which is designed as a hollow chamber profile with at least one profile wall, wherein the profile wall with the web of the Support rail is welded. Furthermore, the invention relates to a drawer extension guide and a drawer with a drawer side wall of the type to be described. Such drawer side walls can be produced in the factory in an automated production process, wherein first a metal extruded profile or a steel sheet bent accordingly and then welded to a metallic support profile (in particular laser welded), so that a drawer side wall can be produced with sufficient torsional rigidity. A particular challenge is that the welding operations to be performed must not result in any visible changes to the profile wall, in particular no burn marks and no changes in the dimensions and shape (distortion) on the profile wall. Object of the present invention is to provide a drawer side wall of the type mentioned above while avoiding the above-mentioned problem. This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims. According to the invention, it is thus provided that at least one spacer is arranged between the at least one profile wall and the web of the carrier rail, so that a cavity is formed between the web of the carrier rail and the profile wall. In other words, a cavity, which is located laterally next to the web and the profile wall is formed by the spacer, so that the profile wall is spaced during welding from the region of the welding surface and thus remains unaffected by the performed welding operations. Namely, through the cavity, the heat caused by the welding can be dissipated. Moreover, the profile walls are often made of a pre-galvanized material, whereby the evaporation of zinc is favored during welding through the cavity. The at least one spacer is made of a metallic material and may for example be formed as a arranged on the profile wall or trained pin, projection or strip. The at least one spacer may extend at least in sections in the longitudinal direction of the profile wall, wherein it is preferably provided that the at least one spacer extends substantially over the entire length of the profile wall. According to a further embodiment it can be provided that the at least one spacer is formed integrally with the profile wall, whereby a simple production is possible. The spacer may for example be formed by a, preferably U-shaped or S-shaped profiled, bending a lower longitudinal edge of the profile wall, said cavity is at least partially limited by this bend. According to a further embodiment, the wall part may have at least one second profile wall, wherein between the second profile wall and extending in the longitudinal direction of the carrier profile second web of the support rail at least a second spacer is arranged so that between the second web of the support rail and the second profile wall, a second cavity is trained. The hollow chamber profile thus has an inner profile wall and an outer profile wall, which are each welded to their associated webs of the carrier profile via the first and second spacers. The drawer pull-out guide according to the invention has a cabinet rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass and at least one drawer rail displaceably mounted relative to the carcass rail, wherein a drawer side wall of the type in question is connected to the drawer rail or can be connected, for example by a releasable locking device. The drawer according to the invention has at least one drawer extension guide of the aforementioned type or at least one drawer side wall of the type described. Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained with reference to the following description of the figures. The drawer side wall 7 comprises an elongate carrier profile 22 with at least one web 22a running in the longitudinal direction (L) of the carrier profile 22 and a wall part 23 welded to the carrier profile 22 in the form of a hollow chamber profile which has a first inner profile wall 7a and a second outer profile wall 7b. The drawer side wall 7 has a downwardly open and in the longitudinal direction of the drawer side wall 7 extending channel 17, in which the drawer rail 10 of the drawer extension guide 4 can be arranged. The drawer side wall 7 further comprises a first fastening device 15a for connection to the rear wall 8, a second fastening device 15b for connection to the front panel 5 and a support 16 for supporting the drawer bottom 6. The support 16 is part of the elongated support profile 22 and may be formed, for example, by an L-shaped web of the carrier profile 22. FIG. 3 a shows the elongate carrier profile 22 which is to be welded to the wall part 23. The carrier profile 22 has in cross section a U-shaped portion with two spaced apart and in the longitudinal direction (L) extending webs 22a, 22b, which are interconnected by a web 22c. The carrier profile 22 has a plurality of welding windows 24a, 24b, 24c, 24d which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction (L) and permit laser beam welding between the web 22c and the profile wall 7a of the wall part 23. FIG. 3b shows the front region of the carrier profile 22 according to FIG. 3a in an enlarged view. The support 16 for the drawer bottom 6 has a plurality of longitudinally spaced apart (L) claws 25, which are pressed by bending into an underside of the drawer bottom 6 and thus fix the drawer bottom 6 in the mounting position. Fig. 4a shows the drawer side wall 7 in a cross section, wherein the two profile walls 7a, 7b of the formed as a hollow profile wall portion 23 with the two webs 22a, 22b of the carrier profile 22 are welded. A cavity 27a, 27b, which distances the profile walls 7a, 7b from the webs 22a, 22b of the carrier profile 22, is formed laterally next to the outer sides of the two webs 22a, 22b. 4b shows an enlarged detail view from FIG. 4a, wherein the profile walls 7a, 7b are respectively welded to the webs 22a, 22b of the carrier profile 22 via welds 29a, 29b. This welding can be carried out, for example, by laser beam welding, that is, the areas to be joined together are locally heated by laser energy until the melting phase and then connected to each other by pressing together as quickly as possible while maintaining a predetermined joining pressure. By subsequent cooling then the profile walls 7a, 7b are connected to the two webs 22a, 22b of the support rail 22 cohesively. In order that the welding operations carried out at the welds 29a, 29b leave no visible changes to the profile walls 7a, 7b, spacers 26a, 26b are provided so that between the webs 22a, 22b of the support rail 22 and the profile walls 7a, 7b each have a cavity 27a, 27b is trained. The bend 28a fulfills a further purpose, namely that the drawer bottom 6 can be arranged between the support 16 and the bend 28a, so that the drawer bottom 6 can be secured by abutment of the top 6a on the bend 28a against lifting of the support 16.
